Regulation on Animal import from other facility

1.  Please submit the “Animal Import Application Form” to the Biomedical Sciences College Mouse Facility Office (Please add address Room B10E, Basement Level 1, Life Sciences Building 1) at least 7 days prior to admission.

2. On the day of animal arrival, Animal Center staff will unpack and transfer animals into cages within a sterile workbench while completing cage cards and user maintenance records. For special requests, users must observe the transfer process to prevent disputes.

 
Important Notes:

1. An IACUC-approved Animal Experiment Application Form is mandatory for submitting an animal admission request.

2. Students responsible for laboratory animals must complete an access permit application before submitting an animal admission request.
