#Personnel Entry and Exit Procedures for the Mouse Facility — SPF Area (Light Blue) and CC Area (Light Yellow)：

Place all non-experimental personal items in the hallway lockers.
Scan your access card to enter the B14 entrance anteroom.
Complete the Personnel Entry/Exit Logbook.
Change into the personal protective equipment provided by the Mouse Facility.
Use the alcohol sprayer to sanitize your hands and any experiment-related items.
All experiment-related items must be placed into the pass-through box and exposed to UV light before being retrieved from the other side.
Follow the movement path shown in Figure 1 to enter the designated animal rooms or surgery rooms.
After finishing work in the SPF area, you must pass through the CC area (light yellow) and exit the facility via the B16 exit anteroom; returning to the SPF area is strictly prohibited.
If personnel need to use only the CC area, they must still follow the same movement path: pass through the SPF area first and then proceed to the CC area for operations.

#If personnel only need to deliver or return experimental mice to the CC Area (Light Yellow):：

Place all non-experimental personal items in the hallway lockers.
Scan your access card to enter the B16 exit anteroom and complete the Personnel Entry/Exit Logbook.
Change into the personal protective equipment provided by the Mouse Facility.
Use the alcohol sprayer to sanitize your hands and any experiment-related items.
Follow the movement path shown in Figure 2 to enter the CC animal rooms or surgery room.
After completing the work, you must exit the facility through the B16 exit anteroom; entry into the SPF area is not permitted.
