Submit the IACUC Application Form to iacuc@my.nthu.edu.tw (Contact: Chun-Yu Huang, Project Assistant, Ext. 35176)
Protocol Approved
Register for the Mouse Facility User Orientation and Training
Apply for Access Card
(only for personnel listed on the IACUC application form)
Submit an Animal Import Application Form to the Mouse Facility
(Form must be submitted 7 days prior to the arrival of each batch of animals).
Follow the required procedures for personnel entering and leaving the Animal Facility
