How to Apply for Facility Access

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

1. Be listed under the "Personnel Conducting Animal Experiments" section of an approved and valid National Tsing Hua University IACUC Animal Experiment Application Form.

2. Have completed the IACUC animal experiment training course organized by the university and passed the qualification exam.

 

Application Procedure:

The "Access Application Form" for the Mouse Facility is available in the Download Section, submit it to the Mouse Facility Office ( Room B10E, Basement Level, Life Science Building I ) for review and access activation.
